When the conductivity test of the specimen is done, the arithmetic average value of the surface resistance of the upper and lower surface layers of the specimen shall not be greater than 3x1082.

The specimen shall meet the following requirements after the alcohol blowtorch combustion test:

The single value of flame burning time and flameless combustion time on each specimen shall not be greater than 10.0s. b) For 18 specimens with the covering layer removed, the arithmetic mean of the flamed burning time and the arithmetic mean of the flameless burning time on all the specimens shall not be greater than 5.0s after the blowtorch is removed. The single value of flame burning time and flameless combustion time on each specimen shall not be greater than 15.0s.

The tension of the conveyor belt in the normal use process should not be too large, and it should be guaranteed to work under the minimum initial tension under the premise that it does not slip with the transmission roller and the receiving point does not sagging excessively.
Xin Aneng Whole Core Flame Retardant Conveyor Belt Transportation and Storage Precautions: The whole core flame retardant conveyor belt is coiled with rubber core, cement core or iron core, and the bundling should be firm and neat, each piece must have a packaging covering, and there should be a certificate on the packaging. In the transportation and storage, the whole core flame retardant conveyor belt should be kept clean and tidy, avoid direct sunlight, rain and snow soaking, prevent contact with acids, alkalis, oils, plasticizers and other substances that affect product quality, and be more than 1m away from the heat source.
The temperature in the warehouse should be kept between 0~40°C and the relative humidity should be kept between 50~80% during storage.
During storage, the conveyor belt should not be stacked too high, it must be stacked in rolls, not folded, and if the storage time is too long, it should be turned over once a quarter.
