Due to overloading, over-length or the conveyor belt being blocked, the running resistance increases and the motor is overloaded; due to poor lubrication conditions of the transmission system, the motor power increases; accumulation in the motor fan air inlet or radial heat sink dust, worsening the heat dissipation conditions.
Before installing the conveyor, be sure to install it after the transfer tower and silo are completed. The installation and adjustment of all conveyors should be carried out in accordance with geological parameters and drawings.
The fixed conveyor should be installed on a fixed basis according to the prescribed installation method. Before the mobile conveyor is officially put into operation, the wheels should be wedged with a triangle or braked.
The cleaner often encounters some problems during installation and use, such as unsatisfactory cleaner effect, unreasonable design leading to rapid wear of the cleaning cutter head, and potential safety hazards caused by inadequate installation.
