2. The motor is heated.Cause analysis: the length of the belt conveyor is too long or blocked, and the running resistance increases, which will cause the motor to be overloaded;Treatment method: measure the power of the motor, find out the cause of overload operation, and deal with the symptoms.
3. When fully loaded, the fluid coupling cannot transmit the rated torque.Cause analysis: insufficient oil injection in the fluid coupling.Solution: Refueling according to the regulations, if there are dual motors to drive, two motors need to be measured with an ammeter.
4. The reducer is overheated.Cause analysis: too much or too little oil in the conveyor reducer; The oil has been used for too long; Lubrication conditions deteriorate and bearings are damaged.Treatment method: refuel according to the specified amount; Clean the interior and change the oil in time; Repair or replace bearings and improve lubrication conditions.
5. The conveyor belt is aged and torn.Cause analysis: friction between the conveyor belt and the frame, resulting in rough and cracking of the conveyor belt edge; Interference between the conveyor belt and a fixed hard object can cause tearing.Solution: Adjust the deviation of the belt conveyor in time.
