(3) the environmental working conditions and working shifts of the conveyor;
(4) the running speed and productivity of the conveyor;
(5) Special process requirements.

The powerless roller table is composed of powerless drum assembly, aluminum side plate, sheet frame, pull rod and bearing seat. The non-powered roller table is moved on a free roller by pushing and pulling the workpiece or squeezing the workpiece.
Second, debugging belt conveyor steps:
(1) Carefully debug the belt conveyor after installation of the equipment to meet the requirements of the pattern.
(2) Each reducer, the moving parts fill the corresponding lubricating oil.
(3) After the installation of the belt conveyor meets the requirements, each single device conducts a manual work test, and is combined to debug the belt conveyor to meet the requirements of the action.
(4) Debug the electrical part of the belt conveyor.
3. Safe operation of belt conveyor
Belt conveyor has become one of the important equipment in the whole production process. Advanced structure, strong adaptability, low resistance, long life, convenient maintenance and complete protection devices are the significant characteristics of belt conveyors.
Before the operation of the belt conveyor, it is necessary to confirm that the belt conveyor equipment, personnel, and transported items are in a safe and sound state; Secondly, check that all moving parts are normal without foreign bodies, check whether all electrical lines are normal, and the belt conveyor can be put into operation when normal. Finally, check that the difference between the power supply voltage and the rated voltage of the equipment does not exceed ±5%.
In the operation of the belt conveyor, the following operations must be performed
1. Turn on the main power switch and check whether the power supply is properly sent to the device and whether the power indicator is on. Then go to the next step.
2. Turn on the power switches of each circuit and check whether they are normal. The normal state is: the equipment does not move, the belt conveyor running indicator is not on, the power indicator of the inverter and other equipment is on, and the display panel of the inverter is normal (no fault code display).
3. Start each electrical equipment in turn according to the process flow, and start the next electrical equipment after the previous electrical equipment is started normally (the motor or other equipment has reached the normal speed and normal state).
In the operation of the belt conveyor, the provisions of the items in the design of the items to be transported must be complied with, and the design capacity of the belt conveyor must be complied with. Secondly, it should be noted that all types of personnel shall not touch the moving part of the belt conveyor, and non-professionals shall not touch electrical components, control buttons, etc. Finally, in the operation of the belt conveyor, the inverter can not be broken after the stage, if the maintenance needs to be determined, it must be stopped in the case of frequency conversion operation, otherwise the inverter may be damaged.
