The PUR polyurethane belt cleaner is installed at the drive drum of the belt conveyor, its scraper is made of polyurethane composite material, which is formed by the integrated processing of the mold, the scraper surface is smooth, the straightness is good, it has low friction, high wear resistance, high strength, and has a fairly stable scraping effect, which can effectively remove the fine particles and wet sticky materials on the residual belt, and the pre-pressure pressure regulator ensures the stable contact pressure between the scraper and the belt. The alloy cleaner mainly cleans small particles and their media, and the moisture of the transported material can also be cleaned when the humidity is more than 5%. The tungsten carbide scraper cleaner is installed at the head of the belt conveyor, and the scraper material is made of cemented carbide, which has two forms: single and double, and the pressure of the scraper on the conveyor belt is changed by adjusting the counterweight to achieve the effect of thoroughly cleaning the material.

It has been widely used in power plant coal conveying belts, chemicals, sugar refining, pharmaceuticals, ports and terminals and other industries.

The gold rubber cleaner is mainly composed of a plurality of alloy scrapers, scraper frames, rubber elastomers, beams, adjustable fixing frames, etc., its structure is simple and compact, and the normal contact between the scraper and the driving drum can be adjusted by adjusting the fixed frame, and then rotating the beam shaft to make the contact pressure between the scraper and the driving drum reach 100~150N after the locking bolt.
The material swept by the alloy rubber cleaner will fall directly into the head cone bucket of the continuous conveyor, and will be conveyed along with other materials, so there is no problem of accumulation and material spilling on the return belt. In order to achieve a better cleaning effect, the current more mature experience is to increase the number of cleaners at the head roller and use them together. For example, alloy rubber cleaner P and H type are used together. plus a carbide scraper cleaner; When the return conveyor belt enters the lower roller, the lower roller adopts a comb-shaped roller or a spiral roller or a V-shaped comb roller, so that a better cleaning effect can be achieved.
